Bilingual Sales Operations Associate Analyst – Hybrid

As an Associate Analyst, Sales Operations, you will report to the Supervisor of Strategic Sales. Your main job will be to review and analyze data on inventory, sales, and business planning to keep warehouses balanced and help increase sales opportunities.
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, process orders and claims, and conduct business and divisional analyses within set deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and releasing daily orders vs allocation
- Processing, verifying and responding to customers with regard to POs, claims, and shipping inquiries
- Coordinating with Sales, Credit, and Logistics to resolve order management issues
- Providing administrative support to Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, Credit, and Logistics teams
- Monitoring sales and inventory activity vs forecast
- Coordinating product kitting and custom packaging inventory
- Assisting in collaboration with Sales and Business Planning for inventory allocations
- Reporting sales channel forecast and revenue
- Gaining exposure to, and conducting recurring and ad hoc data analyses through gathering and organizing data from multiple sources and creating summaries for management review
- Creating and participating in the training activities of new staff
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Fluency in French and English
- Post-Secondary education in Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- A minimum of 1 year of related work experience
- Solid time management/multi-tasking skills to assess and prioritize various tasks and requests in a time-sensitive environment
- Intermediate analytical skills to assess data, compare variables, and identify trends
- Refined project/process management skills to identify and implement process improvements
- Refined computer/technical skills to use in Excel/Google Sheets

The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
- Compensation Range $57,600-$62,000 annually.
