Bilingual Presales Consultant – Hybrid
• Do you like working with Sales and Planning teams to turn customer needs into successful proposals?
• Are you able to explain complex technical ideas in a way that customers find useful and easy to understand?
As a Bilingual Presales Consultant, you will report to the Manager of Technical Support and Training. In this role, you will use your technical expertise to help create solutions for business clients and match their needs with the right technical answers.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the B2B product categories and leading tailored demos to internal and external stakeholders for B2B product lines
- Creating and maintaining relevant content to support marketing, sales, and competitive positioning efforts, while sharing insights internally; this requires maintaining knowledge of product features and roadmaps.
- Creating and delivering B2B pre- and post- product training for teams, partners, and customers. Develop scalable content like documents and videos, and continuously improve training based on feedback.
- Supporting marketing and industry events by showcasing products, answering questions, and assisting the product marketing team with session planning
- Proposing Canon Canada’s participation in key events (Roadshows, tradeshows, industry shows, etc.) and engaging with attendees as Canon Canada’s subject matter expert
- Researching the competitive landscape to differentiate Canon B2B products and gain a competitive advantage
- Providing post-purchase integration support to clients that are working with recently installed product, when needed
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results on time while contributing to special marketing initiatives, including product launches and assigned internal projects.
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- A minimum of 3 years of related work experience
- Extensive computer/technical skills to discuss, troubleshoot, and analyze customer workflow solutions for printers/scanners using Mac and PC
- Refined analytical skills to assess a situation, seek multiple perspectives, and, if necessary, gather more information and arrive at an appropriate solution.
- Refined equipment operation skills to operate Printers and scanners
- Strong time management/multi-tasking skills to manage the position’s priorities with minimum supervision

The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
- Compensation Range: $71,700-$90,000 annually.
