Print Shop & Customer Service Representative – Hub

As a Print Shop & Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Customer Support Supervisor. You will be the welcoming face of our creative community, manage daily print orders, answer customer inquiries, and ensure smooth shop operations through inventory tracking and sales reporting. If you enjoy hands-on print production and supporting in-store events, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Print Orders: Handling print jobs from intake to fulfillment, ensuring every order meets quality, accuracy, and timing standards.
- Operate Equipment: Running and performing routine cleaning of printers and finishing equipment to maintain consistent output.
- Process Orders: Handling order entry and fulfillment for both internal business units and external retail customers.
- Monitor Inventory: Tracking levels of paper, ink, and shipping supplies; notify the appropriate person or place reorders to prevent delays.
- Maintain Shop Standards: Perform daily opening and closing tasks, including cleaning workstations and ensuring the shop is organized and safe.
- Generate Reports: Providing monthly sales reports by compiling transaction data and order history for review.
- Provide Print Guidance: Assisting customers with basic file preparation, offering tips on resolution and settings to help ensure successful prints.
- Facilitate Events: Helping host and set up small group events in the shop that showcase the printing process.
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- College Diploma in Graphics Communication Management
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Solid time management/multi-tasking skills are required to balance multiple customers and print deadlines.
- Intermediate analytics for reporting and management recommendations.
- Intermediate computer skills in Photoshop and Lightroom for basic photo editing.
- Basic project management for simple to moderate print shop projects.
- Refined equipment operation skills to use Canon printing product offerings

The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. - Compensation Range $47,700-50,000 annually.
